WHAT AREA DO YOU SERVICE?
We are located in Dripping Springs, Texas and service our area plus Austin, Henly, Wimberley, Driftwood, Spicewood, Bee Cave, Oak Hill and everywhere in between. To make things easy we added an area checker to our home page. Just put your address in the checker and it will let you know if we service your location.
HOW MUCH IS YOUR DELIVERY FEE?
We provide FREE delivery, setup and retrieval to every rental in our service area. That is all included with your rental.
WHAT FEES DO YOU ADD TO OUR FINAL ORDER?
We have absolutely no extra charges or hidden fees. We do have 2 prices for most rentals, a 1-4 hour price and an 8 hour rental price. If you choose to do overnight pick up there is no extra charge but it will be the 8 hour price for that unit. You do have to pay tax (unless you are tax exempt) but unfortunately that is out of our hands.
WHAT IS YOUR BAD WEATHER POLICY?
You can cancel or reschedule any time up to 6pm the day before your party or event. You can cancel or reschedule due to bad weather up to 4 hours before your party or event. Please let us know as soon as possible if you do decide to cancel or reschedule for other reasons besides bad weather so we can put your rentals back on our website as available to book for that date and we don't miss out on potential bookings. If you decide to cancel you will get a full refund, we will never hold onto your money and force you to reschedule to another date. It does take up to 3 to 5 buisness days to receive your refund once we submit the refund ticket to Square, our payment processor.
HOW CLOSE DO WE NEED TO BE TO AN ELECTRICAL OUTLET?
We will need to have an electrical outlet within 100 feet of the setup to plug in our extension cord for the blower. We provide the extension cord, according to the blower manufacturers if we use extension cords over 100 feet it will make the blowers overheat and then potentially trip your breaker. We want to avoid that at all cost so your party isn't ruined and will not setup further than 100 feet of an electrical outlet. In some cases like our biggest obstacle courses we will need 2 or 3 separate outlets within 100 feet to plug in our extension cords for 2 or 3 blowers. It will say if the unit uses more than one blower on their description. If thet is not possible you can provide a generator, the generator must have at least 2000 running watts per blower. We also rent generators if you need one in our extras tab.
WHY DO WE HAVE TO HAVE THE AREA CLEAN BEFORE YOU ARRIVE?
The area where we setup MUST be clean and ready before the delivery crew arrives. Our crews have many deliveries and pickups throughout the day and have dedicated a specific amount of time per delivery to ensure every customer gets their rental on time, if they have to wait for the area to be cleaned it can get them behind schedule. The area must be cleaned of rocks, sticks, sticker burrs and all sharp objects which can puncture and ruin the inflatable. The area must also be cleaned of animal waste and droppings, the kids don't want to step in it and our crew doesn't want to roll up the unit later and get it on their hands.
